- Order cut-off: 2:00 PM (noon), daily, for same-day delivery

- Delivery time slot: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (additional charges apply)

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot

- No deliveries on Sundays — orders cutting off Sunday will be delivered the following Monday

📋 Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Delivery is handled by Lalamove. We do not control exact arrival times — please be patient and stay available during your delivery slot.

2️⃣ Check your order upon receipt. Any shortage or issue — contact us via Live Chat within 24 hours of delivery with photos and video. Please provide the relevant documentation so we can proceed with the case.

3️⃣ Quality issue? — snap a photo immediately and notify us. We'll investigate promptly. If the roll has been fully consumed or discarded, no action can be taken. We appreciate your understanding.

4️⃣ Keep it frozen. Store at -18°C or below and consume within 4 weeks for best quality. Once thawed, consume within 36 hours and do not refreeze. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from improper storage or after these timeframes.

5️⃣ Be home for your delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are strictly not accepted if no one is home to receive the order.

6️⃣ All sales are final upon acceptance of the goods. Returns are not accepted. Approved quality claims will be resolved with a replacement only, in accordance with our Replacement Policy.

7️⃣ Double-check your delivery address before payment. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change addresses or process refunds for incorrect details.

8️⃣ Durian is a natural agricultural product. As our cream is made from real Musang King durian, slight variations in taste, aroma, and colour between batches are normal and do not constitute product defects or qualify for replacement.
